1918 -  Construction of new grounds for SKODA Electrotechnical production
1921 -  Electrotechnical Factory Doudlevce - start of electrical machines production
1945 -  Electrotechnical Works  Doudlevce within SKODA company
1992 -  SKODA ETD in  SKODA group  - takeover of  transformer production
1998 -  SKODA Energo  - merging of power activities after the reorganization of the division „Transformers“
2004 -  BEZ BOHEMIA buys division Transformers as a part of the enterprise SKODA Energo Ltd.
2004 -  As a result of renaming a separate company ETD TRANSFORMATORY Ltd. originated within the BEZ TRANSFORMATORY
2005 -  change in the legal form of the  company, from „Limited“ to „joint-stock“  company
2008 - company ETD TRANSFORMÁTORY purchases of company property ŠKODA VÝZKUM, including the transfer of staff and is based in direct subordination to the Director General a separate section of Electrotechnical service
